We have developed several programs for not-for-profit agencies, that include fund-raising, accounting, and statistical analysis .

One program, called Chaos Organised, was written for Distress Centre Durham to help with the day-to-day running of the office and volunteer base. Chaos is now being used by Distress Centres in Durham, London, Niagara, Ottawa and Sarnia, and Telecare Cambridge.

The reports generated by this data collection program enables Distress Centres to monitor local changes in the community and their clients' needs. They use this information to instigate appropriate training for their volunteers. It also gives them the data needed to show their funders why they are applying for financial help.

Chaos Organised can be adapted for other not-for-profit groups to track and manage their volunteers as well as supply immediate and up-to-date statistical data. Whatever information you have, we can extrapolate statistical or financial reports, based on pre-specified timeframes, according to your requirements by hour, day, month, year.  It includes a package for producing receipts of donations and reports on these entries. 

Another program, called Church Offerings, is a user friendly software package, with a variety of reports, designed to keep track of a congregation's regular contributions as well as any other causes they may support.  Using this method will ensure accuracy and save you valuable time when producing tax receipts and financial reports of offerings.  

Church Offerings can be customized to suit your requirements. 

We have also developed fund-raising programs for The United Way of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, and the YWCA Durham.
