My computer does not switch on?
Believe it or not the most common reason is that the computer is not plugged into an outlet or the outlet is not switched on. The next reason is there is a switch on the back of the computer, usually beside a fan. If it has the O side pushed down, then the unit is switched off. Push the I side down and it will work. If none of these works then you need to call me.
My computer starts up but there’s no picture on my monitor.
Is the monitor plugged in and switched on? Is the Monitor cable to the computer plugged in and secure? If they are and there's still no picture, you can try swapping monitors if you have one that works. If it still does not work then you most likely have a video card problem. Again it is time to contact me.
